What are the four different cover levels?

Accident Only, Basic, Classic and Premier.

We have four levels of pet cover to choose from: 

Premier

Premier is our lifetime policy, where your 'friend for life' is covered for injuries and illnesses (one-off, reoccurring and ongoing) up to your chosen vet fees limits, as long as you renew your policy each year and there’s no break in cover.

You can choose a vet fees limit of up to £12,000 and within this vet fees limit there is a £4,000 limit for each  injury or illness your pet may have. If you select our £4,000 vet fees limit there is a £1,000 limit for each injury or illness your pet may have.

We won’t put a time limit on how long treatment can last, and we reinstate your vet fees limits each year at renewal. So, if while insured with us, your pet starts to develop an ongoing illness, like diabetes or arthritis, or a reoccurring illness like an ear infection, you can continue to claim up to the injury or illness limit each year.
 

Classic

Classic cover gives you a choice of up to either £8,000 or up to £4,000 of vet fees cover per condition for your pet and cover is available for injury, illness and disease. Once you reach the vet fees limit for a particular condition you are unable to claim again for that condition.

Basic

Basic cover offers you up to either £1,500 or up to £3,000 vet fees for up to 12 months from the first date of treatment or up to the limit, whichever happens first. This is for each condition for your pet for injury, illness or disease.

Accident Only

Accident Only gives you up to £2,500 of vet fees cover, for 12 months from the first date of treatment or up to the limit, whichever happens first. You won’t be covered for any pet illnesses, unless the illness was a result of the accident.
