Information about the future of MORE THAN
You may have seen in the media that RSA will stop offering MORE THAN home and pet insurance to new and renewing customers from mid-2024.
If you are already a MORE THAN home or pet customer, there is no need to worry and there is no immediate action, you need to take – your existing policy will continue to operate as normal and the way you contact us remains the same.
We will get in contact with you, in plenty of time before you have to take any action, with details about your options and what the next steps will be.
Please note that if you currently have an ongoing claim with MORE THAN or you want to submit a new claim, these will continue to be dealt with by MORE THAN until the claim has been closed.
