Due to extremely high call volumes you may experience longer wait times than usual.

You may find it's quicker to use our online services. Most queries can also be handled through our live chat.

Royal Mail strikes

Royal Mail plan to continue their strike action on various dates over the next couple of months. This means you may experience delays in the delivery of your policy documents, renewal letters and other correspondence.

Annual payers

If you pay annually please contact us to renew your policy.

Opening hours: Monday to Friday: 8am to 8pm, Saturday: 9am to 5pm

Monthly payers

If you pay by monthly Direct Debit, your policy will automatically renew. Before your policy renews it's important to check your cover still meets your needs.

You can opt out of automatic renewal at any time by contacting us.
