  • Two fully itemised quotes for the repairs with a full breakdown of all the elements of the necessary repair, line by line. Each line within the quote must also show the breakdown between labour and materials.
  • Digital photos with close-ups of the damage and also wide angle images showing the damage within the context of the room and giving a clear indication of room size.
  • Dimensions of the rooms included in the claim, including floor to ceiling heights.
