If you're unsure whether to claim, you should check your excess on your Policy Schedule and also what you're covered for.
It's important to report all incidents to us as soon as you can.
You’ll need to report a theft or loss to the police within 24 hours, and you’ll need to tell us the police report number when you make a claim.
