If you've lost your luggage, missed your flight or had an accident, you may need to make a claim on your travel insurance

For all travel insurance claims including lost baggage, holiday cancellation, medical and travel delay claims, please call the relevant number below:

  • For policies purchased on or after 14 February 2017, or renewed on or after 13 March 2017, call 0330 100 6474 
  • For policies purchased between 25 April 2016 and 13 February 2017 inclusive, or renewed between 25 April 2016 and 12 March 2017 inclusive, call 0330 102 2940
