Occasionally when you're getting a home insurance quote online, you may experience technical problems. This could be because your internet connection goes down or because our system has a temporary problem.

If you were in the process of buying a policy and you're unsure as to whether your payment went through and you're covered for home insurance, the best thing to do is to get in touch using one of the options below and tell us your details. 

We can then check our systems to see whether you're covered.
