Before you get in touch, make sure you've checked the following:

Your policy schedule - it's easy to forget the cover you bought so take a moment to check the document we sent you when you bought your van insurance. It contains your unique policy number and the personal details you gave us.

Your policy cover excess - your policy schedule lists the excesses payable if you make a claim. Have you investigated the repair or replacement cost? Is it worth making a claim?
