Why do I need to send you copies of my documents?

To help keep premiums lower we’re always looking at ways to reduce fraud. Asking to see certain documents as part of the application process helps us to do this.

We ask that you please only call us if you need to renew your policy in the next 5 days or to make a claim.

If your query is not urgent  please fill in our online form and we will get back to you within 5 days.

Please note our phone lines will close at 5pm on Thursday 9 April and reopen at 9am on Tuesday 14 April for the Easter Bank Holiday weekend.
