Will I need to pay an excess for every claim?

Not all claims are subject to an excess payment.

Not all the benefits of your cover will require an excess to be paid. Please refer to the table of benefits on page 4 of the relevant policy wording at the bottom of our travel insurance explained page for full details.

Where applicable, excesses will apply to each individual incident, each section of cover and to each person making a claim for the duration of your cover.
