You should receive an invitation to renew 21 days before your renewal date.
Your renewal invite letter will contain details of your renewal policy and your renewal price.
If you pay by monthly Direct Debit, your policy will automatically renew so there's no need to contact us.
If you pay annually, you can accept your renewal by calling the phone number on the top of your renewal letter.
E-mails are not encrypted so please only provide us with the requested information, and we will be back in touch if we require any more information to complete your request.
