How do I register for an online account to make changes to my home policy?

How to register and what to do if you have problems logging in.

Register for an online account

If you haven’t already done so, you can register for an online account here.

Once registered, you will be able to do the following online:

  • Change your account password and email address
  • Find out your policy number
  • Find out your renewal date
  • Retrieve a quote.

Please note that if you change your password it may take up to 24 hours to receive the reset email.

The person registering for the account must be the policyholder.

If you have any problems registering it could be because you haven’t used the same personal information you used to set up your policy. Remember to use the same details including the same email address.
