I have lost my reward card, how do I request a new one?

To report your card lost or stolen / set up a replacement card please call 0344 800 6435, choosing Option 4 when requested.

Customer service agents are available:

9am – 6pm Monday to Friday (excluding public Bank Holidays)

You will need to verify yourself using your personal data such as name and address etc.
