Before you notify us of a claim it'd be helpful if you can have the following to hand:
- Names and addresses of everyone involved in the incident including passengers
- Phone numbers
- Registration numbers and makes and models of vehicles involved
- Insurers' details and policy numbers
- Details of whether or not the police attended
- Digital photos
- Details of any witnesses
Let us know before arranging repairs or sorting out a replacement car.
If your car's been stolen, you'll need to notify the police and get a crime reference number.
