If you use one of our approved repairers we will provide you with a courtesy car for the duration of your repairs.
If you’ve purchased the courtesy car upgrade and use a non-approved repairer, or your vehicle is beyond economical repair (total loss) or stolen we’ll provide you with a courtesy car for up to 14 days.
If you use a non-approved repairer and you haven’t purchased the courtesy car upgrade, we’ll be unable to provide a courtesy car.
