What do I need to make a claim?

Find out the information it'd be helpful if you can have to hand so you can make a claim.

Before you notify us of a claim it'd be helpful if you can have the following to hand:

- Names and addresses of everyone involved in the incident including passengers

- Phone numbers

- Registration numbers and makes and models of vehicles involved

- Insurers' details and policy numbers

- Details of whether or not the police attended

- Digital photos

- Details of any witnesses

Let us know before arranging repairs or sorting out a replacement car.

If your car's been stolen you'll need to notify the police and get a crime reference number.
