We have a nationwide network of approved repairers. We'll instruct a repairer who can arrange for the collection and delivery of your vehicle to minimise inconvenience.
They’ll provide a lifetime guarantee on repairs and a courtesy car for the duration of the repairs (excludes total loss).
You can of course choose to take your car to a non-approved garage, but please be aware that as standard we would not be able to provide a courtesy car or offer a guarantee on any repairs.
If the repairer provides a courtesy car we would not automatically cover this vehicle, so you would have to substitute it onto your policy.
We offer a courtesy car upgrade which provides a hire car for up to 14 days if you use a non-approved repairer or if your vehicle is beyond economical repair (total loss).
