Are there fees for making changes to my policy?

You can make a number of changes to your personal information and your policy details within your online account area and you won't be charged.

Changes you can make in your account area

You can make the changes below online and you won't be charged an administration fee.

  • Change of car
  • Change overnight location of car
  • Change driver details
  • Change of use
  • Change of address

You can also make the following changes online without needing to log in to your account:

Any of the above changes made over the phone will incur an administration fee of £25.

Phone changes

The changes below are only available on the phone. Please call us on the phone number below.

For each change you will be charged an administration fee of £25.

  • Add temporary driver
  • Change payment details
  • Add temporary additional car
  • Change excess

Adding extra cover options

If you'd like to add an extra cover option to your policy, you can do it online or by phone. You won't be charged an administration fee.
