Policy must not be cancelled within the first 14 days after the renewal date. You will receive your £50 pre-paid Mastercard by post within 28 days of your renewal date. Only one £50 pre-paid Mastercard per policy which will be sent to the main policyholder.
Your card is a pre-paid Mastercard® card with chip and PIN which can be used online and in store for purchases at most retailers that accept Mastercard as a payment method.
Your pre-paid Mastercard® cannot be used in payment for goods and services unless there is sufficient pre-paid balance on your card.
You can use your pre-paid card to part-pay for goods and services.
Some merchants may require you to have an available balance which is greater than the value of the transaction you wish to make. You cannot use the card at an ATM or in-store to withdraw cash. It can only be used at Mastercard® merchants to pay for goods and services.

How It Works
Once your policy has passed the qualifying period (not cancelled within the first 14 days after the renewal date) we will send you your pre-paid Mastercard in the post.
Just before you receive your card you also will get a separate email containing your activation code and activation instructions. If you do not have access to email or the internet you can request your activation details by post and can activate your card over the phone by calling the Card Customer Service Team on 0333 400 0018.
Actions You Need To Take
You will need to activate your card before you can use it. Once you have received your activation instructions and your pre-paid Mastercard card, you will need to activate your card online by following the on-screen instructions at www.myedenredcards.co.uk/IAC/MoreThan
At the end of the activation process you will be provided with your 4 digit PIN. If you want to change your PIN to something more memorable you can do this at any UK Bank cash machine.
Things You Need To Know
Once you’ve completed your activation you’ll be able to retrieve your PIN and check your balance online at any time or by calling the number on the back of your card.

Your card will be valid until the expiry date printed on the front of the card (12 months from when your card is printed and issued).
You will then have up to 12 months to activate and use your card.
