Before you can login to access your policy documents or make policy changes, you’ll need to register.
Registration is simple, quick and free. Just follow the instructions on the registration page.
You’ll need your policy number – please make sure this is entered as it appears, as our system is case sensitive. For example: RSAP0000000000.
If you’ve already registered, you should be able use the Email address you used to register your policy with us and the password you originally set on our login page.
If you’ve forgotten either of these, we can help you. Just follow the 'forgotten your'... links on the login page.

When you Email us please include your policy number, name and personal contact information, and if you're making a claim, as much detail about the claim as possible. For security reasons, please don't send us payment information by Email.
