How do I renew or cancel my home insurance?

How to renew your policy

You should receive your renewal letter within 21 days of your renewal date. It will have details of your renewal policy and will include your renewal price.

If you pay monthly

If you pay monthly by Direct Debit, your policy will automatically renew with no need to contact us but if you wish to amend or cancel your policy please contact us using one of the options below before your renewal date.

If you pay annually

If you pay annually you can renew your policy online in your account area. You can also accept your renewal by calling the phone number on the top of your renewal letter. To amend or cancel your policy please contact us using one of the options below before your renewal date.
