Passwords

As this is your first visit to Desktop Lawyer, please enter the two security passwords you’ll find printed on your Welcome Letter when asked to do so.

Once you have entered the site, you can change these passwords and choose ones that are easier to remember.

If you lose or forget your passwords, call our free helpline which is printed in your policy booklet.

Technically Speaking

In order to use our legal document service, your PC must be running Windows 95, 98, NT, ME, 2000 or XP.

Before you start

It's possible that any document you send may conflict with and even prejudice a claim that we're helping to deal with on your behalf. As a result, we always recommend that you call your Claims Handler before using Desktop Lawyer.
