To discuss your current policy with you,

To offer you a competitive quotation for one of our products.

The calls have been made using an automated dialer. We do endeavor to put adequate processes in place to ensure that you do not receive silent calls. However, by using an automatic dialer there is always the risk of some calls being identified inaccurately.

In certain circumstances an automatic dialer may interpret a response as an answer-machine when this is not the case. If this happens, as a customer, you will appear to be receiving a “silent call”.
